SILVERFIN ACADEMY is a Ugandan swimming club that provides a specialized swimming service for girls and boys at every level of swimming, from learn-to-swim to International Level swimmers. We strive to provide a positive atmosphere in which to learn and develop the skills of competitive swimming. SilverFin Academy is a multicultural non-profit swim club run by a board of swim parents with the help of Filipino Veteran Head Coach Rosa Rodriguez.
Silverfin Academy supports and welcomes swimmers with disability and provides equitable access to swimming development opportunities.
Silverfin Academy is a registered swim club with Uganda Swimming Federation (USF), the governing body for swimming in Uganda.
All members of Silverfin Academy , our coaches, and all officials at swim meets are registered as members of Uganda Swimming Federation.
The current Head Coach is Rosa Rodriquez, leads a the team of five (5) coaches - 2 female: 3 males
